Tips to Become a Fruitarian


  • Each day consume ten servings of fruits from ten types and colors of different fruits.
  • Get used to sort fruit are varied. Avoid the habit of eating only one type of fruit.
  • Eat fruit with the skin, if the skin is edible. Be by way of direct or blended edible.
  • Eat at least five servings of fruit in the form of whole or blended to meet the needs of the fibers. The rest may be blended to obtain the benefits of water, minerals, vitamins, and substances fruit.
  • Fixed consumption of protein and fat from nuts and animal material. Fruits alone can not meet the needs of our body to the proteins and fats.
  • Make it a habit to eat fruit first three servings of fruit (as recommended by WHO), of three different types and colors. Then gradually increase your intake until I can eat ten servings of different types and colors every day.
  • Do not forget to still apply a healthy lifestyle. regular exercise, adequate rest, eating a balanced nutrition, and avoid stress.
