Chocolate Praline Cookies

For this time we me make Chocolate Praline Cookies. Here's how to make it:
- 250 grams of butter
- 75 grams of refined sugar
- 1 egg
- 300 grams of flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 200 grams dark cooking chocolate, melted
- 50 grams of white cooking chocolate, melted.


How to make:

  • Beat the butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the eggs.
  • Add the flour and stir cornstarch.
  • Print dough and baked to 150oC temperature for 25 minutes. Remove and let cool.
  • Dip the cookies into the dark cooking chocolate, then decorate with white cooking chocolate.


Cookies can be filled with cheese or cashew for more flavor in it.
