Balastra Bread

Material (source): 
11 grams of instant yeast 
180 ml ​​hot water

Material: 
385 grams of high protein flour 
3 tablespoons of milk powder 
300 grams balastra, ready-made 
3 tablespoons olive oil 
1 egg 

1 teaspoon salt

How to make: 

  1. Source: Mix yeast with hot water and let stand for 5 minutes, set aside.
  2. Flour mixed with milk powder, balastra and eggs, stirring with a mixer until dough is well blended. Add the starter dough, stir again until the dough is smooth.
  3. Last add the oil and salt, stir until well blended dough and liftform dough round, then let stand for 10 minutes until fluffy.
  4. Form dough round, then let stand for 10 minutes until fluffy. 
  5. Flatten dough to throw gas, and an oval (or to taste) and let stand for 60 minutes until fluffy.
  6. Skewers in the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes, until browned and cooked. then lift.
