Avocado Float

Avocado float is the development of avocado juice which we drink, but since enforced a little touch, then this drink look luxurious and seductive. A good avocado is the appropriate level of maturity and not mushy, is an absolute requirement that these drinks taste good. Because it will be added to the ice cream that is left floating, the avocado juice should be made quite thick. If juices are too thin to make ice cream drowned.

how to make 
  1. Chocolate coffee sauce, heat the heavy cream and instant coffee. Turn off the heat. Insert a piece of chocolate. Stir until dissolved. Let thick. Set aside .
  2. Avocado meat, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and shaved ice, blend it until smooth.
  3. Pour into glass, add ice cream and serve with chocolate coffee sauce.
