Banana Donuts for Snack

I love bananas and I love donuts, then I combine it with making this banana donuts. And creating with dip in melted chocolate. Hmmm .. yummy I love it :)
Ingredients needed:
500 grams of high protein flour
200 grams of bananas, mashed
50 grams of sugar
2 teaspoons instant yeast
2 eggs
100 ml of water
100 grams of margarine
1 teaspoon salt
oil for frying

Dye materials:
100 grams dark cooking chocolate, melted

How to make:
1. Mix flour, sugar, and yeast. Stir well. Add bananas, eggs, emulsifier, and water. Knead until smooth.
2. Enter the margarine and salt. Knead until elastic. Let stand 30 minutes.
3. Dough. Weigh 15 grams. Round. Let stand 10 minutes.
4. Take the dough, flatten. Put on a baking sheet that has been sprinkled flour. Let stand 20 minutes.
5. Fried in oil that has been heated over low heat until cooked and browned. Chill.
6. Dip half of the chocolate into dark cooking chocolate.
