Spinach Pastry

The materials needed: 
1 1/2 sheets of puff pastry the size of @ 40x 30 cm 
1 bunch spinach (150 grams), quotation 
1/2 onion, chopped 
100 grams of tuna into small pieces 
1 tablespoon margarine for sauteing 
1/4 teaspoon salt 
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Processing way: 

  • Heat margarine. Saute the chopped onion until fragrant. Enter tuna. Stir until the color changes. Enter spinach. Stir well. 
  • Add salt and pepper. Cook until done. Lift. Set aside. 
  • Trimmed puff pastry 0.2 cm. Cut with a ring diameter of 5cm. 
  • Take a sheet of pastry. Fill with spinach. Stack with puff pastry. Press the edges of the pastry with a fork. Place on a baking sheet without spread with margarine. 
  • Oven 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until cooked.


Tips: 

  • Rub water on the edge of the pastry before pressed to make it more tacky. 
  • produce 32 pieces.
