Ingredients:
100 grams of dark cherry canned, drained
2 eggs, beaten off
50 grams of sugar
1/4 salt
150 ml of warm milk
100 ml heavy cream
Topping:
30 grams sugar
How to make:
- Pat dry with paper towel dark cherry. Halve each cherry into 2 parts dark. Take a small round heat resistant dish. Spread margarine. Arrange dark cherry. Set aside.
- Mix eggs, sugar, salt, warm milk, and heavy cream. Stir well. Pour into a dish that already contains dark cherry.
- Under fire oven with a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius 30 minutes until cooked. Lift. Sprinkle sugar. Spray with a torch until browned.
